When you call or visit us, you’ll speak with an expert pharmacist who thoroughly understands the medications you’re taking. Our pharmacists have completed advanced training in medications and patient care in a variety of medical specialties.

Our team helps you navigate the health insurance process. We help you understand your insurance plan’s coverage, get prior authorizations, and find prescription assistance programs to help make your medications more affordable.

Even with insurance coverage, you may have high out-of-pocket costs for specialized drugs. Our pharmacists and technicians work with manufacturers, advocacy programs, and charitable organizations to identify and determine your eligibility for financial assistance.

One of our pharmacists will review with you your current medications, guide you in taking your new medication, offer you helpful resources, and answer your questions.

To make sure you get the medications you need, as easily as possible, our team arranges the shipping and delivery details of your specialty medications and monthly refills. We can deliver them to your home free of charge, or arrange for you to pick them up at a Premier Health facility near you.

While you’re taking specialty medications, one of our pharmacists will follow up with you to ask if you’re having side effects, make sure you’re taking the medication as prescribed, review labs as appropriate, and answer your questions.
